Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Our course complements the robotics/STEM subject that is offered in schools. The focus of our program is to teach children how to think, not just what to think. At Thinkers & Doers, children will work on interesting problem statements and develop innovative solutions.
We assign age-appropriate themes and problem statements for students to work on. They research, brainstorm, and build innovative solutions to address these challenges. Students collaborate in teams, prototype their ideas, and present their projects at the end of the course.
Children have worked on projects like designing robots for smart storage solutions in agriculture to preserve produce, creating smart waste management systems for cities, and developing efficient food distribution systems to help alleviate hunger.
Students will use a combination of robotics kits (like LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Cretile or similar), coding platforms, and other materials to build and program their prototypes.
Our focus is on developing problem-solving and creative thinking skills in children and therefore, we don’t use traditional workbooks. Instead, we provide fun and engaging reflection sheets, storyboards, and easy-to-use white paper templates that help kids think critically and express their ideas.
